Responsibilities

hidden promotion, orientation on the ground and laying safe routes for brigade units
conducting ground reconnaissance, observation, detection of enemy positions, equipment and manpower
interaction with adjacent units (artillery, UAV) to adjust fire and coordinate actions
timely detection of minefields, ambushes and engineering obstacles of the enemy
confident mastery of military topography, digital maps, navigation systems and means of communication
collection, analysis and operational transmission of intelligence data to the command

age from 18 years
high level of physical endurance and readiness for long marches
the ability to perfectly navigate any terrain in any weather conditions
ability to work in a team and clearly fulfill combat orders
psychological resilience and ability to make quick decisions in extreme situations
high motivation and willingness to constantly improve their skills

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
