Responsibilities

conducting reconnaissance using various technical means (drones, night vision devices, communications equipment, etc.)
preparation of intelligence operations and interaction with other units
performance of combat reconnaissance missions as part of the unit
observance of military discipline and subordination

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
compensation for housing during the service
medical care + dentistry and dental prosthetics
mortgage 0.0% per annum after the end of the contract under the "eOselya" program
the Social Guarantee
education in educational institutions within quotas at the expense of the state after the end of the contract
the right to travel abroad after 1 year of service
the ability to independently choose the place of passage of the VLC
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 190,000, depending on the tasks and place of service
full material support
guaranteed annual leave of up to 30 calendar days + additional leave of up to 10 days for family reasons
annual guaranteed payment of health benefits in the amount of monthly cash security
free medical care
motivated team, support of commanders and adequate leadership
