Responsibilities
- artillery correction, additional reconnaissance for infantry, sabotage and reconnaissance activities, assault and defensive operations
- assisting the gunner in bringing and preparing ammunition
- observance of military discipline, execution of orders
- maintaining weapons and trusted equipment in constant combat readiness
Requirements
- age from 18 years
- fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
- experience in military service will be an advantage
- readiness to work in the combat zone at the front line
- absence of alcohol or drug addiction
- stress resistance, responsibility and attentiveness
What We Offer
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
- guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
- in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
- guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
- cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
- payment of monetary compensation for unused vacation days, annual payment for health improvement
- quality basic and professional military training
- material, medical and social security
