Reconnaissance Gunner

Responsibilities

the use of navigation equipment to point fire at enemy targets or to transmit coordinates for strikes by other means
participation in the tasks of the reconnaissance platoon
aiming artillery, aircraft or other firepower at targets
analysis and processing of intelligence data for effective planning of combat operations
maintaining communication with the command to coordinate actions
observance of military discipline and statutes

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
ability to work in a team
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
level of physical training above average
secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
willingness to constantly learn and develop
responsibility, attentiveness and ability to make quick decisions

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
providing training or improving skills, providing the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
proper medical care
vacation according to the schedule and in the presence of family circumstances that are determined by law
legal support and psychological support
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (optional), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
