Responsibilities

performance of combat missions as part of the unit
observance of military discipline, execution of orders
collecting and transmitting information about hostile actions to the commander or members of the unit
maintaining weapons and trusted equipment in constant combat readiness
Orders of the Commander
conducting reconnaissance, aiming weapons at the target
guidance of combat systems using navigation equipment for accurate fire damage or coordinate transmission
artillery adjustment, additional reconnaissance for infantry

age from 18 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
Responsibility and Discipline
experience with optics, drones, GPS and other means of intelligence will be an advantage
good physical fitness and endurance
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
