Responsibilities

carrying out reconnaissance actions in certain territories
preparation and arrangement of observation posts and firing positions
study and analysis of the information received to identify potential threats and opportunities for their own military operations

age from 18 years
high level of motivation
knowledge of basic skills of orientation in the area, in particular, the ability to work with a map and a compass
complete refusal to use alcoholic beverages and narcotic substances during service
absence of convictions
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities

contract service for a period of 1 year
cash security of 1 000 000 UAH per year according to the program "Contract 18-24" (200 000 UAH immediately upon signing the contract and 800 000 UAH payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + in addition to 120 000 UAH monthly + surcharges for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
service as part of a combat unit with full support
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
basic combined arms training
regular training and opportunities for professional development
guaranteed annual basic leave of 30 days + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
