Responsibilities

search and initial communication with candidates for military service
consultations on available vacancies and service conditions
interviewing in English and initial evaluation of candidates
communication with candidates in English
maintaining the database of candidates and the necessary documentation
interaction with unit commanders and those responsible for personnel selection
participation in recruiting events, presentations and meetings
maintaining positive communication with candidates and building trust in the unit
performance of other tasks within the official duties

knowledge of English at a level not lower than B2
competent knowledge of the Ukrainian language
experience in recruiting, HR, sales or communications will be an advantage
developed communication and presentation skills
ability to conduct interviews and work with candidates' requests
confident use of PC and office applications
Ability to work with large amounts of information
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
fitness or limited fitness for military service according to the conclusion of the Military Medical Commission

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
providing the necessary equipment, communication facilities, equipment and working materials
the opportunity to undergo specialized military and professional training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
free medical care for military personnel in military medical institutions
payment of annual assistance for health improvement in the amount of monthly financial support
one-time payment at the first conclusion of the contract from 27,000 to 33,000 hryvnias, depending on the military rank
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15,000,000
support of the candidate at all stages of registration for military service
stable financial support from UAH 30,000 to 70,000 (depending on the place of service and performance of certain tasks)
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
