Responsibilities
- call a large number of candidates (cold base)
- primary screening of candidates
- identification of motivation, basic assessment of suitability
- Dismissal of irrelevant candidates
- transfer of "warm" and interested candidates to the main recruiters
- maintaining simple reporting on calls and results
Requirements
- willingness to work with a large volume of calls every day
- perseverance and discipline
- resistance to stress
- communication skills and ability to quickly establish contact
- a driver's license is required
- experience in sales, call center or recruiting will be an advantage
- advanced PC user (MS Office, CRM, Telephony, etc.)
- higher education degree
