Responsibilities
- work with candidate databases
- search and selection of military personnel (including technical specialists)
- automation of recruitment processes
- assistance with effective staffing of the unit
Requirements
- basic or average skills in working with IT systems, CRM, Google Workspace
- experience or interest in recruiting (the unit trains if there is a talent!)
- analytical thinking and ability to work with a large amount of information
- communication skills, initiative and ability to adapt quickly
