Responsibilities
- active search of personnel in accordance with certain needs
- keeping records and reporting on candidates
- correspondence with candidates, interviews, calls
- support of candidates at all stages of joining the unit
- posting vacancies and information support of the recruiting process
- regular verification of candidates' responses to published vacancies, selection of relevant resumes for further consideration, prompt response to applications for timely contact with candidates
- support of candidates at the stages of mobilization, signing a contract or transfer
- establishing and maintaining effective feedback from candidates at each stage of selection, informing candidates about the results of their applications and next steps
- search for candidates of different profiles
- processing of information-analytical and reference materials
Requirements
- communication skills and ability to communicate with people
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user
- experience in HR or recruiting agencies will be an advantage
- responsibility and organization
- willingness to communicate a lot
- higher education degree
- Absence of criminal record
- ability to work with candidate search platforms and social networks
- communication skills and abilities
- high level of motivation and desire to learn and develop
