Responsibilities
- search and selection of talents in the labor market
- conducting telephone interviews and online/offline interviews
- active participation in various HR projects
- maintaining electronic records of personnel management (daily journals, documentation, etc.)
- creating and maintaining an up-to-date database of potential and current candidates, tracking the stages of their registration
Requirements
- experience as a recruiter or HR manager from 1 years
- confident user of Excel, Word
- desire to learn and develop in HR-direction
- attentiveness, diligence, sociability
- knowledge of Ukrainian business language
- ability to work with different types of documents
- presence of sergeant/officer rank
