Responsibilities
- active search of personnel in accordance with certain needs
- keeping records and reporting on candidates
- correspondence with candidates, interviews, calls
- regular verification of candidates' responses to published vacancies, selection of relevant resumes for further consideration, prompt response to applications for timely contact with candidates
- support of candidates at the stages of mobilization, signing a contract or transfer
- search for candidates of different profiles
- a full cycle of vacancy management from placement to introduction of a candidate for the position
- CV screening, interviewing and testing of candidates
Requirements
- communication skills and ability to communicate with people
- PC knowledge at the level of a confident user
- experience in HR or recruiting agencies will be an advantage
- basic skills in working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google)
- willingness to communicate a lot
- absence of close relatives with the citizenship of the aggressor state
- ability to work with candidate search platforms and social networks
- communication skills and abilities
