Responsibilities

search for candidates through various channels and platforms
processing of incoming applications and candidate databases
conducting initial telephone interviews
identification of motivation, skills and suitability of the candidate for the vacancy
formation and maintenance of the candidate database
transfer of interested candidates to recruiters for further support
communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
work with vacancies and recruiting platforms

required experience in recruitment, HR, personnel management or related areas: marketing, sales, IT
experience of active search and communication with candidates/clients
confident possession of PC and online services
competent oral and written communication
consistency, attentiveness and organization
ability to work with a large flow of information
initiative and result orientation
driving license of category B will be an advantage

service as part of the recruiting team of the 160th Separate Mechanized Brigade
work in the central and western regions of Ukraine
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security in accordance with the norms of the legislation
provision of uniform, equipment and food
full medical care
