Responsibilities
- active search of personnel in accordance with certain needs
- correspondence with candidates, interviews, calls
- support of all stages of selection of candidates for military service under the contract, sending them to training centers
- keeping records and reporting on candidates
Requirements
- basic skills in working with office software (Word, Excel, Google, CRM)
- ability to work with candidate search platforms and social networks
- communication skills and ability to communicate with people
- readiness for business trips
- responsibility, organization, stress resistance
- experience in the field of recruiting or sales will be an advantage
- experience in military and non-commissioned ranks will be an advantage
