Responsibilities

active search of personnel in accordance with certain needs
support of candidates at all stages of joining the unit
processing of information-analytical and reference materials
support of candidates at the stages of mobilization, signing a contract or transfer
regular verification of candidates' responses to published vacancies, selection of relevant resumes for further consideration, prompt response to applications for timely contact with candidates
establishing and maintaining effective feedback from candidates at each stage of selection, informing candidates about the results of their applications and next steps
keeping records and reporting on candidates
correspondence with candidates, interviews, calls
screening of received resumes, conducting interviews and tests to determine compliance with the requirements of the future position on personal qualities and professional criteria

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
basic cash allowance from UAH 25,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on the tasks and place of service
provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment and proper nutrition
⁠support in medical, psychological, social issues
guaranteed annual basic leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
clear conditions of service, clear prospects for development
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
