Responsibilities
- performance of duties at the headquarters (office) without going to the combat zone
- search and selection of candidates through online platforms, social networks and other channels
- conducting interviews and preliminary selection of candidates
- reporting and database of candidates
- interaction with unit commanders to determine current personnel needs
Requirements
- ability to easily find a common language with different people, competently and convincingly express thoughts
- confident use of smartphone and PC
- ability to keep information in order and meet deadlines
- readiness to quickly master the methods of selection and the specifics of military specialties
- complete secondary or higher education
