Responsibilities

active work on the search and attraction of candidates for the service
cooperation with training centers on the selection and registration of personnel
conducting of interviews
support of candidates at the stages of registration in the RTCC and VLC
maintenance of current documentation
preparation and execution of documents for enrollment of candidates for service
development of proposals for improving the recruitment process

higher education degree
experience in HR, recruiting or personnel management from one year
knowledge of methods of search, selection and evaluation of personnel
high level of digital literacy, ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
a high level of knowledge of English will be an advantage
attention to detail and high level of organization, ability to work in a team

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash security from UAH 24,000 to UAH 124,000, depending on the task
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
the opportunity to undergo professional training
performance of duties at the headquarters at the military unit, as well as periodic business trips throughout Ukraine
service in a legendary unit with combat experience since 2014
