Responsibilities

organization and conduct of recruiting activities for the battalion
regular verification of candidates' responses to published vacancies, selection of relevant resumes for further consideration, prompt response to applications for timely contact with candidates
correspondence with candidates, interviews, calls
keeping records and reporting on candidates
support of candidates at all stages of joining the unit

PC knowledge at the level of a confident user
high level of communication skills, responsibility, ability to work with people
experience in the field of staffing, recruiting or military service will be an advantage
Ability to work both in a team and independently
absence of bad habits (alcohol, drug, gambling addiction, etc.)

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security: rate + additional payments up to UAH 30,000
