Project Manager

Responsibilities

coordination and support of projects for the creation and implementation of information systems
project lifecycle management: from requirements collection and technical specifications to testing and final implementation of the solution
Interaction with developers, engineers and military experts to achieve common goals
monitoring of task execution, management of priorities and resources in the conditions of dynamic changes
timely identification of potential problems and development of plans to minimize them
maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and presenting the results to the command

at least 2 years of experience in the position of Project Manager in IT, software development or complex technological products
Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and understanding of classic management approaches
ability to quickly master new technological directions and communicate with developers "in one language"
high communication skills, ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and take responsibility
experience with DefenseTech or MilTech projects will be an advantage
understanding the specifics of the military sphere or experience of service will be an advantage
certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
