Project Manager

Responsibilities

managing the full cycle of project implementation: from initiation to completion
planning, coordination and control of team tasks
ensuring the achievement of project goals in accordance with deadlines, budget and quality requirements
risk management and development of plans to minimize them
establishing and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
monitoring the implementation of the project plan and preparing regular reports for stakeholders

at least 5 years of experience as a project manager
proven experience in project management in the field of digital products or IT (B2B/B2C)
deep understanding of project management approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and the ability to effectively adapt them to project needs
practical experience in project budgeting, risk management, performance evaluation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
excellent communication skills and ability to present products
strong leadership qualities
