Assistant Chief of Communications and Cybersecurity Staff

Responsibilities

participation in the organization and coordination of the work of the communication and cybersecurity service of the headquarters
participation in maintenance planning and maintenance of communication facilities
monitoring compliance with the established rules of information security and the use of service information systems
participation in the detection and processing of reports on technical malfunctions and possible information security incidents
keeping records of equipment, preparing applications for repair, replacement or replenishment of necessary funds
preparation of reports, certificates, reports and other technical documentation in the direction of the service
interaction with units of the headquarters on issues of communication, technical support and information protection
compliance with the requirements for the protection of official information and non-disclosure of restricted access information
perform other tasks in accordance with the official duties and orders of the command

higher education, preferably in the field of telecommunications, communications, cybersecurity, information technology or related fields
knowledge of the principles of operation of communications, computer networks and information systems
understanding the basics of cybersecurity and information protection
experience in military service or work in the field of communications, telecommunications or IT will be an advantage
confident use of computer and office programs
technical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems systematically
responsibility, organization and teamwork skills
readiness to work with service information in accordance with established security requirements
readiness for military and professional training
readiness for service under mobilization, contract or transfer through the Army+
compliance with the requirements for military service in the officer position according to the conclusion of the VLC

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
providing the necessary computer equipment, software and working materials
opportunity to undergo specialized training and advanced training
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days + 10 days for family reasons
