Responsibilities

daily monitoring and keeping records of the arrival, departure, movement, vacations and business trips of servicemen
execution of orders on the drill part, maintenance of personal files, service cards and other accounting and personnel documentation
creation and timely submission of established reports on the number of units and the state of staffing
entering information into service cards on incentives, awards and disciplinary penalties
control over compliance with military discipline in units and participation in the organization of combat order

higher education (preferably legal, managerial or in the field of personnel management)
experience with personnel records management or in a similar field (military experience in such structures will be an advantage)
the presence of an officer or sergeant rank (depending on the staff category of the position)
knowledge of standard office programs and specialized databases of personnel accounting, confident PC user
knowledge and compliance with the requirements of statutes, orders and instructions on record keeping in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
fluency in Ukrainian language

military service under contract or official mobilization until the end of martial law
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 28,500 to UAH 60,000, depending on the qualification of execution of orders and place of service
providing all necessary means and equipment at the expense of the military unit
full social package
financial assistance for the conclusion of the first contract
annual financial assistance for recovery
