Responsibilities

verification of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of draft orders and other legal documents submitted for signature to the battalion commander, and their approval after agreement with the relevant officials
providing legal and legal advice to employees
participation in the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures
interaction with legal institutions and authorities on legal regulation of activities

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transfer for active servicemen who, according to the conclusion of the VVK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher education institutions, training centers, etc.
training before the beginning of the duties of the post
it is possible to take courses abroad
cash allowance from 35 000 to 125 000 UAH depending on the place of performance of tasks
