Assistant to the Chaplain

Responsibilities

participation in rehabilitation activities with personnel in need of psychological assistance
assistance in identifying the spiritual and moral needs of military personnel
assistance in conducting conversations, lectures or training sessions on spiritual and moral and ethical topics
promoting the development of ethical values and moral principles in the military environment
assistance in organizing and conducting religious rites, services and ceremonies
maintaining documentation, reports and plans of the chaplain's activities
organization of a schedule of spiritual events
organization of assistance to families of servicemen in cooperation with the chaplain

belonging to a religious organization registered in Ukraine
availability of higher theological education
lack of ties with religious organizations whose governing center is located on the territory of the aggressor country
communication skills, ability to listen and understand people
empathy, benevolence, patience

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
dislocation in Kharkiv region
cash allowance from UAH 50,000 to UAH 125,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of modern equipment and machinery
training is carried out
