Responsibilities

organization and implementation of pastoral care for personnel, providing spiritual, moral and psychological support to servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
conducting services, rites, religious events in accordance with the canons of their denomination
ensuring the possibility of exercising the right of servicemen to freedom of religion
participation in activities of moral and psychological support
providing spiritual support to servicemen during the performance of their duties, in times of crisis situations, losses, injuries, post-stress conditions
support of families of military personnel in crisis situations, interaction with religious organizations, chaplains of other units, military psychologists and social services
formation of moral and ethical principles of military service, promoting the development of stability and cohesion of personnel

SPK - senior soldier
complete general secondary education
clergyman of a religious organization of Ukraine, recommended by the head or authorized representative of this religious organization for service among the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
the Spiritual Education
at least 3 years of experience as a clergyman
proficiency in the state language

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
