Responsibilities

performance of combat missions (defense, offensive, construction of engineering fortifications, evacuation)
constant maintenance of weapons, equipment and ammunition in combat readiness
knowledge of tactical and technical characteristics of weapons and military property
exemplary, accurate and effective performance of combat missions
compliance with the requirements of military regulations, execution of orders of commanders and senior commanders

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
support at the entire stage of mobilization and military training
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
social benefits in the field of health, utilities, housing policy, etc.
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
