Requirements

age from 18 years
ability to concentrate on completing tasks, focus on results
driving license category B and driving skills with manual transmission will be an advantage
striving for continuous improvement and analysis of the effectiveness of the use of UAVs with proposals for improving tactics and techniques
teamwork skills and coordination with other units

What We Offer

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the place of service and tasks
guaranteed annual leave of 30 calendar days and an additional 10 days for family reasons
