Responsibilities

planning and execution of combat missions to defeat equipment, manpower and fortifications of the enemy at a medium distance (operational-tactical and operational-rear zone)
determination of coordination points, calculation of ballistics, flight missions, routes of approach to the target and exit from the zone of counteraction to electronic warfare
pre-field check, configuration of communications, ballistic suspensions, disassembly and maintenance of complexes and ground control stations
close interaction with aerial reconnaissance services, situation centers and other fire weapons to correct and confirm the defeat

practical experience in piloting attack UAVs (FPVs, wings or heavy multicopters) or taking relevant specialized courses
understanding the operation of radio modems, video transmitters, antenna directions, navigation systems and methods of countering electronic warfare
skills in working with topographic maps, flight planning software (Nettle, Delta, or analogues)
basic technical skills: soldering skills, understanding connectors, power components, communication protocols and mechanics

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
official contract or mobilization service until the end of martial law
cash security from 50 000 to 290 000+ UAH (depending on the area of tasks)
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
