Responsibilities

piloting of FPV drones
compliance with the safety rules for the operation of unmanned vehicles
understanding the purpose of the task and appropriate adjustment of the drone strategy
possession of information about available means, channels, ammunition, batteries and their combination in accordance with the task
planning and execution of flight tasks in accordance with the mission
development of routes taking into account the terrain, weather conditions and threats of air defense / EW

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
ability to work with cartographic software and navigation systems
responsibility, attention to detail
experience with UAVs will be an advantage (in its absence, training with the manufacturer or training center is possible)
knowledge of the principles of aerodynamics and navigation will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 21,000 to UAH121,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
