Responsibilities

regular audit of existing core processes, identification and elimination of bottlenecks
synchronization of interaction between key departments and partners
operational management of analytics metrics
financial control and reporting
provision, systematization and optimization of document flow in the management of psychological support
ensuring proper operation and quality control of work with EDO
compliance with the requirements, compliance with regulatory legal acts on record keeping
implementation of automation tools, digitalization to increase productivity
standardization and regulation of operations (development of SOPs, internal regulations and instructions)
optimization of cross-functional chains and elimination of system failures in the work of commands
monitoring the implementation of projects within certain deadlines, budgets and standards

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
