Requirements

basic theoretical training in the field of unmanned systems (drone components, navigation, antennas, amplifiers, video broadcasting)
desire to develop in the field of their specialty
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
absence of critical health problems
experience in UAV control will be an advantage
knowledge of the basics of cartography will be an advantage
basic infantry experience will be an advantage

What We Offer

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash security from UAH 23,000 to UAH123,000, depending on completed tasks and instructions
social guarantees, provision of property and necessary equipment
guaranteed annual basic leave (2 parts of 15 days each) and the possibility of obtaining additional leave for family reasons
support in a friendly team of motivated, active, initiative warriors and adequate commanders
registration of UBD status and other advantages
