Responsibilities

control of reconnaissance drones and attack drones to collect information and hit targets
carrying out missions in accordance with established safety protocols and procedures
monitoring and analyzing drone data to ensure mission accuracy and efficiency
support of the engineering team in case of need of maintenance or repair of drones

experience as a UAV operator (reconnaissance drones and attack drones) will be an advantage
knowledge of safety procedures related to the operation of drones
ability to work in stressful situations and make quick decisions
excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
desire to learn and improve their skills

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
financial support in accordance with the norms of current legislation and social guarantees
