Responsibilities

experience in operating the appropriate type of UAV will be an advantage
motivation, responsibility, attention to detail
fitness for military service due to health condition and readiness to perform tasks in the area of hostilities
readiness to learn and improve their skills
analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions
absence of drug, alcohol and gambling addictions

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the execution of combat orders and place of service
