Operator of the PEP

Responsibilities

detection and identification of enemy signals to obtain intelligence information
work with equipment for interception and analysis of electronic communications
assessment of signal characteristics, identification of their sources and determination of their significance for combat missions
keeping records of the received data and preparing reports for the command
setting up and maintenance of PEP equipment, its preparation for tasks
cooperation with other intelligence units to provide comprehensive analysis of information

Citizenship of Ukraine
appropriate age for military service
absence of convictions
high discipline and psychological stability, concentration, logical and analytical thinking
ability to work in stressful conditions, responsibility and ability to work in a team
secondary vocational or higher technical education (preferably in electronics, radio engineering or communications)
it is desirable to have experience with radio electronic systems or in the field of communications
knowledge of the principles of operation of electronic intelligence and signal interception

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the performance of combat missions and orders
guaranteed enrollment in the appropriate unit
provision of personal protective equipment and military property
annual leave in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine
the possibility of transfer between units of the Armed Forces with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
