Operator of ATGM

Responsibilities

deployment of the complex, aiming and observation devices, keeping them ready
implementation of launches from stationary or remote ATGM complex
maintenance and operation of anti-tank missile systems
responsibility for the technical condition of ATGM, preparation for combat use, timely detection and troubleshooting
compliance with safety rules during the maintenance and use of ATGM

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
the desire to study new models of weapons and use them confidently
the ability to master new approaches, knowledge, skills and abilities in practice
experience in military service and combat experience will be an advantage
basic understanding of ballistics, structure and performance characteristics of weapons, knowledge of Western and Soviet ATGMs (Stugna, Korsar, Kornet, Fagot, Javelin, TOW-2, NLAW) will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
financial compensation in case of injury during hostilities
guaranteed annual basic leave + family leave
providing a full set of equipment, food and other needs
timely payments of combat, registration of UBD and assistance in solving related issues
