Responsibilities

performance of tasks related to the use of ATGM systems and means
preparation of firing positions, target identification, observation and fire control
ensuring security during combat missions
support and maintenance of fire weapons and special equipment
repair work and maintenance of ATGM systems and facilities

age from 18 years
absence of convictions
suitability for military service
high responsibility and attention to detail
the desire to devote himself to service in the army and the fight for the security of the country
desire to acquire new knowledge and skills
ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities and motivation to perform combat missions

mobilization until the end of martial law or service under an infantry assault contract (14 months for civilians; 10 months for active military; from 6 months for military personnel released during martial law)
guaranteed delay after completion of the contract – 6 months, for each month of performing combat missions – three months in addition to the delay
in case of signing a contract by an active serviceman: additional 6 months. deferment for each year of service from 2022 until the signing of this contract, additional 1 month for each year of service until 2022
guaranteed additional payments: from UAH 27,000 to UAH 33,000 (depending on military rank) – paid once a year for signing a contract; from UAH 20,000 per year – payment for health improvement
cash allowance from 30 000 to 460 000 UAH depending on the time of stay in combat positions and performance of tasks (accrual for each day of stay in combat positions + bonuses under the contract for each destroyed or captured enemy)
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the commander
rank of private/sergeant
Compulsory training in basic combined arms training
military support and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation
support at the stage of passing the RTCC and VLC
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (if desired), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
