Responsibilities

operational and effective use of anti-tank missile systems to detect and destroy enemy tanks and armored vehicles
interaction with the command staff to develop tactical plans and strategies for the use of ATGM in combat conditions
regular maintenance of ATGM and timely troubleshooting
active participation in training and exercises for maintaining and improving skills
performing combat tasks with the unit, in particular, defense, offensive, engineering equipment, stabilization measures, etc.
compliance with the requirements of statutes and discipline

age from 18 to 50 years
readiness to work in the zone of active hostilities
fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
secondary, specialized secondary or higher education
willingness to constantly learn and develop

mobilization directly to a military unit until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 21,000 to 120,000 hryvnias, depending on the tasks and place of their execution, as well as a title + additional payment of 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days (totally calculated) of tasks on the front line
providing training or improving skills, providing the necessary support to gain sufficient experience and skills
proper medical care
vacation according to the schedule and in the presence of family circumstances that are determined by law
legal support and psychological support
attracting candidates with combat experience in 2014-2024 directly to the unit without passing the BZVP (optional), if necessary, professional training is guaranteed
