Responsibilities

control of the NRC to perform combat missions for fire support
monitoring and analysis of complex operation data
interaction with command and units to accurately perform combat missions and quickly adjust actions
ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment, its timely maintenance and adjustment

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
readiness for physical and psychological stress
Ability to work under high stress and responsibility
readiness to work in the combat zone
responsibility and ability to make quick and informed decisions
ability to work in a team and adhere to established rules and procedures
knowledge and skills in IT technologies, experience in robotics will be an advantage
experience in operating UAVs, robotic or remotely controlled platforms will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 24,000 to UAH 124,000, depending on the execution of combat orders and place of service
