Responsibilities

control of LRK in the field (reconnaissance, assault, transport platforms)
preparation of the complex for operation, setting up control systems and video communication
performing tasks for cargo delivery, evacuation, observation
maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting
interaction with units to accurately perform combat missions

experience in operating robotic or remotely controlled platforms (LCD, FPV, RC models, etc.)
basic technical knowledge in electronics, radio communication and mechanics
high concentration, stress resistance, responsibility
readiness to work in the combat zone or near the front line
experience with FPV drones or RC equipment will be an advantage
understanding the principles of video broadcasting and remote control will be an advantage
military or volunteer experience will be an advantage

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from 21,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the task and place of service + additional payment of 70,000 hryvnias for every 30 days (totally calculated) of tasks on the front line
provision of uniforms and means of individual protection, adequate nutrition
training both in Ukraine and abroad
career prospects, development of leadership skills
guaranteed annual basic leave for 30 days
free treatment and financial compensation for injuries as a result of participation in hostilities
social protection and guaranteed life insurance for UAH 15 million
