Responsibilities

fitness for military service due to health and moral and psychological qualities
experience in UAV control will be an advantage
experience in servicing and repairing electronics will be an advantage
resistance to stress
good motor skills and attentiveness
ability to analyze and find a way out of non-standard situations
refusal to use alcohol and psychotropic substances

mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel
cash security in accordance with the norms of current legislation up to UAH 220,000
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
full social package (30 days of paid vacation, payment of "health", 10 days of paid vacation "for family reasons", etc.)
career prospects and leadership skills development
continuous professional development, training both in Ukraine and abroad
provision of specialized equipment, weapons and equipment
training and service under the guidance of trained and experienced commanders
the status of a participant in hostilities
one-time payment of up to UAH 25,000 upon signing the first contract
involvement of candidates with combat experience in 2014−2024 directly in the unit without an entry about BZVP
