Responsibilities

training, combat use and piloting of FPV drones to intercept air targets
detection, tracking and effective destruction of enemy drones
work in conjunction with intelligence and air situation monitoring facilities
care of the flight complex, participation in the improvement of technical solutions
recording and keeping records of destroyed targets

mandatory real experience of piloting FPV (real flights or high accumulated raid in simulators)
deep understanding of FPV components, video communication, frequencies and control
ability to keep a cool mind and act quickly when identifying a target
high motivation to destroy enemy air reconnaissance
priority — candidates with FPV experience

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash security from 20 000 to 120 000 UAH (depending on the place of execution of tasks)
additional system of bonuses and bonuses for confirmed results of combat work (destroyed enemy equipment and UAV)
