Responsibilities

control of FPV drones during combat missions
planning and execution of flight missions in accordance with the operational task
development of flight routes taking into account the terrain, weather conditions and possible threats (air defense / EW)
analysis of the situation and adjustment of the tactics of using the drone in accordance with the purpose of the task
use of available technical means (communication channels, batteries, ammunition) taking into account the combat task
interaction with the operational officer on duty and providing reports on the performance of tasks and tactical situation
maintaining the proper technical condition of the UAV and readiness for use
compliance with security requirements, secrecy and established procedures

confident use of cartographic services and navigation software
attention to detail, responsibility and ability to make quick decisions experience with UAVs will be an advantage
understanding the basic principles of aerodynamics and navigation will be an advantage
readiness for training and continuous development of professional skills
fitness for military service due to health reasons

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
