Responsibilities

age from 18 years
good coordination and flight skills in Acro mode (flight in simulators from 30-50 hours)
understanding of the principles of analog and digital video communication
basic knowledge of electronics (the ability to hold a soldering iron will be a huge plus).
resistance to stress and willingness to work in close proximity to the front line

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the task and place of service
guaranteed annual basic leave
