Responsibilities

combat missions with the use of unmanned aerial systems of the "bomber" type
planning and execution of flight missions in accordance with the assigned tasks
use of unmanned systems to perform special combat, engineering and logistics tasks
preparation of the unmanned complex for operation, verification of its technical condition and readiness for flights
interaction with the crew and related units during combat missions
compliance with safety requirements, military discipline and established procedures
continuous improvement of professional, tactical and technical skills

high motivation for military service and responsible attitude to tasks
readiness to work in combat areas
stress resistance, discipline and ability to work in a team
good physical fitness and readiness for intensive training
desire to master modern unmanned technologies and constantly improve their skills
fitness for military service due to health reasons
experience in managing UAS will be an advantage
military experience or experience of military service will be an advantage
experience in operating civilian UAVs will be an advantage
technical education or experience with electronics, communication systems or aviation equipment will be an advantage
experience in specialized training in the field of unmanned systems will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
