Responsibilities

UAV control during reconnaissance and combat missions
aerial reconnaissance, correction of the actions of the LDC and data transmission
preparation, configuration and maintenance of UAVs
situation monitoring and prompt response to changes during missions
interaction with LCC operators, crews and related units

experience in operating UAVs or skills in working with FPV systems will be an advantage
understanding of the principles of communication and navigation
ability to make decisions quickly and work under stressful conditions
attentiveness, responsibility and readiness for continuous learning
readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from UAH 51,000 to UAH121,000, depending on the task and place of service
provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, proper nutrition
