Responsibilities

Airspace monitoring and detection of hostile targets
work with radar stations and control points
interaction with intelligence units and electronic warfare units
piloting, guidance of UAVs during combat missions
timely maintenance and maintenance of UAV equipment
analysis of the results of completed missions and improvement of tactics of application

higher/secondary technical education will be an advantage
basic knowledge of the principles of UAV operation
High level of digital literacy
desire to master modern technologies and apply them in practice
ability to work in a team, a high level of self-discipline, an analytical approach to solving problems
willingness to constantly learn and improve professional skills

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash allowance from 34 000 to 124 000 UAH depending on the task and place of service
annual basic leave 30 days + additional leave 10 days for family reasons
full provision of all necessary equipment and equipment
