Responsibilities

training and basic maintenance of aircraft type UAVs
planning and execution of flight routes taking into account the terrain, weather conditions and possible threats (air defense / EW)
UAV control during aerial reconnaissance and information gathering tasks
performing flight missions in accordance with operational tasks
collection, analysis and transmission of intelligence information to relevant units
interaction with the operational duty officer and providing reports on the tactical situation
compliance with safety rules, operation of unmanned systems and established procedures

availability of the UAV operator certificate (wing) will be an advantage
readiness for service in combat conditions and fitness for health reasons
high motivation, responsibility and attention to detail
desire to learn and constantly improve skills
ability to work with cartographic services and navigation software
experience with UAVs and understanding the principles of aerodynamics will be an advantage

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 per year (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 per month + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
possibility of service for candidates with the status of IRF
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
cash allowance from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000, depending on the nature of the tasks and place of service
vocational training and training in training centers or with machinery manufacturers
annual basic leave in accordance with the law
