Responsibilities

UAV piloting (target search, reconnaissance, reconnaissance, destruction)
detection of enemy equipment and manpower, transmission of artillery coordinates
destruction of targets using FPV drones or drop systems
work with maps and video decoding
position masking and compliance with security measures

age from 18 years
basic understanding of radio electronics and the principles of UAV operation will be an advantage
experience in operating drones (even civilian ones) or raiding in simulators (Liftoff, Uncrashed, VelociDrone)
confident PC/tablet user
no medical contraindications to working with screens (good vision)
developed fine motor skills (for working with the remote control)
willingness to learn

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
cash allowance from 20,000 to 120,000+ hryvnias, depending on the performance of combat missions + bonuses for destroyed equipment
a complete set of modern equipment and protective equipment
vacation 30 days a year + the possibility of traveling abroad
payment of lifting fees when signing a contract
