Responsibilities

training and maintenance of UAVs
work as part of the crew
planning flight routes taking into account the terrain, weather conditions and air defense threats
UAV control during aerial reconnaissance
performing flight tasks in accordance with the assigned mission
collection, analysis and transmission of intelligence information
interaction with the command post and reporting on the tactical situation
analysis of the results of completed missions and improvement of tactics of application
compliance with safety rules
continuous improvement of skills of aircraft type UAV control

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of service for candidates who, according to the conclusion of the VLC, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, higher educational institutions, training centers, etc.
full provision of modern equipment, equipment and means for performing tasks
package of social and legal guarantees for military personnel and members of their families
guaranteed annual basic leave 30 calendar days per year and 10 days for family reasons
medical and social security in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
