Responsibilities

fault detection after hard landings or exposure to EW
replacement of propellers, beams, motors, cameras and loops
software updates, installation of special patches to bypass electronic warfare, anonymization of drones (disable Remote ID)
equipping drones with ammunition (discharges) or installing initiators on FPV drones
deploy range extenders, set up remote antennas and check frequencies to ensure a consistent signal
monitoring the condition of batteries, their correct charging and storage in the field
help the pilot navigate the map, monitors the battery charge and return time
selection and arrangement of a take-off position, ensuring the covert stay of the crew
interaction with support services to obtain new aircraft, spare parts and consumables

soldering ability: replacement of motors, loops, connectors XT60
drone firmware skills (Betaflight, INAV, DJI Assistant), frequency unlocking, installation of patches for anonymization
understanding of the principles of operation of transmitters (VTx/Rx), antennas, frequencies (2.4, 5.8 GHz, ELRS) and batteries (LiPo/Li-ion)
ability to repair a drone or replace a battery to the sound of shelling
attentiveness to details for proper repair of sides and prevention of loss of equipment
The discipline of

contract service for a period of 2 years
cash security of UAH 1,000,000 for 2 years (UAH 200,000 immediately upon signing the contract and UAH 800,000 in payments in two installments for the duration of the contract) + additional up to UAH 120,000 monthly + additional payments for combat missions
extraordinary passage of the VLC
completion of enhanced training (basic combined arms training, professional training, adaptation course in a military unit, etc.) up to three months of training / training in case of appointment to a position in a new specialty and / or rearmament of the unit with a new type of weapons and military equipment
compensation for housing during the service
mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
the possibility of transferring active military personnel with the consent of the immediate commander
cash security from 20,000 to 120,000+ hryvnias
